Event Description
This is a free activity for adults which will take place one Friday each month, from 2pm to 3pm. It will be an opportunity to spend some time relaxing in a supportive environment while exploring and developing your creative skills. The sessions mainly consist of small painting and collage activities and some breathing exercises - absolutely no experience in art is needed as the emphasis is on taking time to relax. It can also be an opportunity to socialise with others. No experience is needed as techniques will be demonstrated during the sessions – and there is no ‘wrong way’ to complete the activities! At the end of the sessions you will have a piece of art work to take home with you.
