Event Description
What are the issues you face when it comes to using digital products, applications and websites?
This course will give you the skills and confidence to tackle everyday digital and financial tasks. It consists of five sessions and is led by our trained Library 'Digital Champions' staff.
Session1: Essential digital skills
Session 2: How to use my computer or mobile phone; digital security
Session 3: NHS app; using gov.uk; online marketplace
Sessions 4 and 5: content tailored to your own individual needs
Short diagnostic tests at the beginning and end will measure your current skill level and your progress through the course.
Book online, email the library basildon.library@essex.gov.uk or come into the library and book your spot. Please make sure when booking online that you tick all five session dates.
