Event Description
What are the issues you face when it comes to using digital products, applications and websites?
This course will give you the skills and confidence to tackle everyday digital and financial task. It consists of five sessions and is led by our trained Library 'Digital Champions' staff.
Session 1: Essential digital skills.
Session 2: How to use my computer or mobile phone; digital security.
Session 3: NHS App; using gov.uk; online market place.
Sessions 4 & 5: Content tailored to your own individual needs
Short diagnostic tests at the beginning and end will measure your current skill level and your progress through the course.
This course has been created by Essex Libraries and is in partnership with Barclays and Digital Essex.
