Event Description

Whether you love it or hate it, plotting a book gives your story direction - and saves wasted words. In this talk, we'll run through the benefits of plotting and several different methods you can use and adapt to suit your writing style, regardless of which genre you're writing. We'll also consider how you can fix your plot when it goes off course.

This session is led by our Author in Residence, Gina Blaxill, who has extensive experience as a popular writer for young adults, particularly interested in the fairy tale and mystery genres. Her books include Love You to Death and Good Enough to Eat.

The Zoom link will be emailed to participants in advance of the event.
